This program is mainly carried out in secondary schools. It involves temporarily allowing identified students to withdraw from mainstream curriculum to take part in a customised program.

These students usually face personal, family and social challenges that impede their motivation for learning. The Time-Out Program addresses these challenges and seeks to help the students adjust back to normal school life. Some elements in our Time-Out Program are self-management, relationship management, conflict management, self-awareness, interpersonal communication, enhancing self-esteem and self-discipline.
